Booking Procedure

To make an appointment or schedule a consultation call please email me on: cliona@wilddivinelight.com briefly outlining what you are looking for.

After your email enquiry, I’ll give you a choice of times to speak on the phone or WhatsApp.

 

During the phone call, I’ll find out your intentions, and desires and suggest a healing programme for you. I will intuit what is most appropriate Alchemy, Divine Light Healing or going straight into the Soul’s Essential Journey programme. I’ll and tell you what to expect in the session.  Then we will make a provisional booking.

 

I will email you details of how to make your payment and confirm your booking when I receive it.

 

The balance is paid before the session starts either online or in person.

 

Sessions need to be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance unless you are a regular client with an emergency.

 

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Wild Divine Light believes in being transparent in business, and that includes my cancellation policy. Due to experience I have had to create a cancellation policy.

 

In the event of illness, a session can be rescheduled without incurring a cancellation charge. If it can’t be rescheduled the terms below apply.

 

If you cancel a session or program after paying a deposit/balance:

~ 10 days in advance or more: the full amount is returned.

~ 7– 9 days in advance: 10% is due as an admin fee*.

~ 3 to 6 days in advance: 25% is payable as an admin fee*.

~  Within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is payable.

~  Within 24 hours: no refunds are given.

 

* I will refund the rest of your deposit within 3 working days.

If I need to cancel the session you will receive your entire payment back asap.

 

By paying for the first session you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have any questions about this policy please discuss them with me before paying.

 

If you pay in advance and want to reschedule but do not communicate with me for 4 weeks after the payment, you forfeit the right to any refund.

Sorry if these terms appear strict, they have grown out of my experience.
