Fear makes us contract and forget that we are co-creators of our reality. The reality of the world we see around us: the virus, the end of democracy and freedom of speech, crisis in the Catholic church, an economy on the brink of collapse, and the inevitably of 5G. If you choose to live in that paradigm there is plenty to be scared about.

But this is not a time to sit on the fence in paralysed inaction and wait for the governments, the religious leaders, or the scientists to tell us what to do and give our power away to them. This is time to take our power back and be our own authority.

We can choose to live in radical unconditional love. Where there is 100% unconditional love, there is no fear. I say radical because this isn’t saying, “love and light and everything will be fine” and spiritually bypassing our feelings in a disembodied way. This is being courageous enough to feel what we’re feeling, to be vulnerable in our emotions, to go through them and trust the wisdom of our bodies will bring us back to balance.

If we don’t embrace our internal reality there can be no transformation, and we need transformation on a grand scale.

I find prayer vital. Pray to whatever you believe in for help, the Divine, God, Goddess, Source, the Great Mystery…

Radical unconditional love is not a slight incremental change, it is a complete 90-degree shift. If 50% of the population of the planet embody unconditional love a paradigm shift into a different reality is highly likely.

We can co-create a new paradigm where we live the truth that we are one, where there is equality and balance between men and women, between all ages, all races and sexes, between humans and animals, the land and the whole natural world; where peace and harmony, co-operation, kindness, respect and dignity are a way of life. Where the baseline state is unconditional love. Where our children learn about meditation, taking responsibility for their emotions, growing their own food and plant medicine, and building houses at school. Where the health of each and every intimate relationship is important to the community. Healthy relationships create healthy communities and healthy children. I vision a world like this, where everyone has meaningful work or creative endeavour that fulfils them, is living their sole purpose and life calling. Where abundance happens because there is trust; where sex is sacred, and everyone has the option to be in a creative empowering intimate relationship and feel sexually fulfilled and connected to their hearts and the divine.
