Monthly Overview
This month we’ve had the Celtic fertility festival of Beltane the 2nd, the flower full moon on the 12th May and summer solstice is only a month away. Luckily astrologically and emotionally May seems to be less intense than April. Would you agree? Although, I’ve felt overwhelm lurking just under the surface occasionally, I’ve also experienced moments of feeling in heaven particularly during ecstatic dance.
Doctor Dolittle
I’m so grateful to live in nature. I’ve been feeling like Doctor Dolittle this week. The swallow chicks outside my back door hatched dropping a couple of delicate white speckled egg shells on the patio floor for me. Their parents are doing multiple flights to fill four hungry noisy beaks.
I was delighted that a small tortoise appeared in my garden. After sizing me up he did a tortoise run and plodded slowly and laboriously across the short grass until he trundled into the head-high grasses and vanished. He seemed to be teaching me to no matter how slowly you need to go, if you proceed at a steady pace and you will achieve your goal.

The next day a butterfly landed on my finger and proceeded to climb up it until it reached the back of my hand. No matter how much I tried to coax it off by looking intently into its shiny black bulbous eyes and holding my hand in the grass, it remained there unmoved. So, I carried on with my morning routine inside, carefully, talking to it all the time. Eventually, after about half an hour with numerous trips back to the garden, it finally took to the air. I understood this encounter to mean that the butterfly in all of us is preparing to fly. See related video from Pam Gregory below.

Longing To Be Who We Were Born To Be
As nature blossoms many of us are feeling a soul yearning to live what we were born to do, to blossom into the fullness of our potential. We are limitless beings with unlimited potential the only thing blocking us are our fears, decisions, mindset, unhelpful beliefs, patterns and feelings of low self-worth. Now is the time to reach for the sky and Embody our magnificence.
Wild Divine Light a synergy of Alchemy and spiritual teaching helps seekers overcome blocks to living their true potential. Today the alchemy teams cleared two traumas from a woman who had a phobia of swimming. They cut cords to the past and created a lot of light. Then cleared limiting beliefs and avoidance techniques that kick started a sense of momentum towards living her soul purpose.
Create Your Reality
You may ask how can I create my reality? The answers to all your questions are within if you listen to your heart and drill down deep. Notice if you are giving your power away to the outside world – if you are blaming the government, your parents, your partner or your boss etc you are making yourself a victim. Take back your power and authority and step into your sovereignty. Be the king or queen of your domain. No one else can do that for you. This is not the time to sit on the side-lines and watch while others leap.
• Take responsibility for your mental activity – Your beliefs, decisions, habits the thoughts especially repetitive thoughts create your physical reality. Pay attention to what you are feeding your mind and give your thoughts an MOT.
• Call on Your Spirit Team – Everyone has a spirit team and they will help you if you call on them, even if you don’t know who they are. Spirit teams usually include ancestors, angels and a spirit animal ally.
• Live Your Life Path – Everyone has a life path or mission that your soul chose before incarnation. Intuit what yours is and live it. And allow others to live theirs. It’s not your job or responsibility to fix the lives of others.
• Heal Yourself – Give an instruction to the universe e.g., “Spirit guides/Universe please release the tension from my e.g., shoulders. Please release any trauma and fear in my shoulders (creating the tension). Repeat this instruction until you notice your shoulders dropping. If you feel a little shaky it’s the fear releasing, so ask your spirit guides to release the fear. Stick with one instruction until you notice a physical shift in your body. You may need to repeat it on multiple occasions to release it all.
• Raise your frequency – Do everything you can to stay out of fear. Choose love instead. E.g., Limit the impact of the news by reading it instead of watching on the TV. Stop associating with people who drain you.
• Write a Morning Routine and speak it aloud your everyday – see below.
Morning Routine
A couple of years ago, a helpful coach Marjolaine Savoie (on Instagram) impressed on me how crucial it is to have what she called a Morning Routine.
Write down and then read aloud specific statements as though they have already manifested to so that you can embody an energetic match to the life you want to live. Do some exercise, jump around bring your energy up. Then reading the right words will bring you into the frequency and vibration of the person you want to be, who has the life that you want to live. Living in a vibration of gratitude and celebration takes you into the manifestation frequency. Try writing your own.
Examples
Beloved Divine, thank you for your presence, thank you for my life. I am an eternal divine being of love and light with infinite potential and I co-create the life I want with the Divine. I am Love. Love is in my thoughts, words and deeds. I live my highest and best self every minute of every day.
I celebrate the life I live. I am blessed and grateful for my partner, my home, my family and the community I am a part of.
I love and accept myself fully and shine my light fearlessly. I know that the Universe/Divine has my back and everything I need flows to me with grace and ease.
Add in specifics e.g.
I wake up naturally at 7am every morning feeling well rested and joyful. I bounce out of bed full of energy and enthusiasm for the new day.
I am a vibrantly healthy, person full of youthful life-force energy.
I am a successful business person, an in-demand coach, a magnet for clients, a confident speaker, a successful singer etc. as appropriate.
Transcending Overwhelm

Overwhelm is a sudden emotion, thought or feeling that you can’t cope with what is going on in your life right now. Everyone experiences this at some point in their lives. More people are experiencing feelings of overwhelmed this year and I had a sudden attack today, so I can empathise. Nowadays the speed at which the earth and our lives are changing is unprecedented so it’s not surprising that an overload of things on your To do list, or requests or demands from your nearest and dearest can take you to your tipping point.
In the moment
Put your hand on your belly and feel it rise and fall as you take three deep breaths. Continue until the overwhelm passes.
If your inner child who is screaming, “I can’t cope.” Tell her, “My love, I know it feels like that but the truth is, “I’ve got this. I’m looking after you and you are going to be okay.”
Stop everything you are doing and focus on your feet. Focus on the impact as they touch the earth when you walk or stamp your feet. Then get yourself to a safe place and lie down. Feel whatever sensations are going on in your body. You are releasing old thoughts, emotions, tension, beliefs and identities that no longer serve you. Don’t make it into a drama, just watch the sensations and allow the releasing to happen.

Reduce the tendency to feel overwhelmed
Take care of your inner child
Overwhelm usually comes from our inner child. So firstly, remember that you are not a child and you are not a victim. You are an adult and a sovereign being so you can regulate the demands coming towards you to a level you can cope (most of the time). Saying this out loud may help.
Check, have you been triggered into a childhood memory of a situation that you couldn’t control? If so tell yourself that this feeling is coming from the past when you could not deal with it, but now as an adult you can.
Self-soothing for your inner child
Acknowledge your child’s distress. Use self-soothing techniques to calm her/him down, give yourself a hand massage, stroking your face, cuddling a teddy/ fluffy pillow, listening to lullaby music. And reparenting yourself. It’s is very important to stabilise a dysregulated nervous system yourself.
Get enough sleep
sleep deprivation makes us more emotionally vulnerable and life feels harder. Balance your circadian rhythms, by setting an alarm to remind you to go to sleep at the same time each night.
Eat regularly
Eating regular meals is not only nourishing it’s grounding and keeps your blood sugar levels even so you are more physically and emotionally stable and not light headed or dizzy. Aim to eat something about every four hours. Carry a snack of nuts in your handbag.

Experiments in Alchemy

The thing I love most about creative alchemy that I practise, is that I and my peers are constantly pushing the envelope. We are experimenting with what is known and accepted about consciousness and our capabilities and expanding our limits through self experimentation, exploration, collaboration with each other. As a result my alchemy sessions are continually evolving, improving and going deeper and reaching further faster. I now do in 90minutes what used to take 3 hours. I especially love working with intuitive people because sessions become collaborative and are directed by your spontaneous insights.
Tension in our bones, muscles, organs, cells, DNA and fascia is usually frozen fear and trauma and other low frequency emotions like shame, disgust and rage. All this tension can be unlocked and released bringing much more freedom of movement and flexibility to the physical body and a feeling of lightness. I’m always excited to discover what new movements my body is capable of at my weekly ecstatic dance. In this month’s Wild Divine Light newsletter I share a technique to use at home to release tension yourself.
Moreover, ageing is a construct and can be reversed, short or long sightedness also can be resolved, cellulite, weight gain and long standing health issues like back problems or chronic fatigue have roots in our consciousness and can usually be resolved when the origin point is located (unless they are due to karma, soul lessons, victim identification, or controlling decisions). Phobias can be undone by going to the origin point and root and resolving it – e.g. irradiating a phobia of swimming by healing the trauma of being murdered by drowning…

Bashar gives this formula for to moving forward in a positive way:
1.Act on whatever contains the highest degree of excitement, curiosity and passion first. Passion is your souls communication to you. That’s why this is the next step.
2.Take it as far as you can until you can take it no further and the excitement wanes.
3.Make no assumptions. Have zero resistance about the outcome, you can visualise it but don’t insist it happens that way.
4.Stay in a positive mindset. If something happens that you don’t prefer it doesn’t need to have a negative reaction. Be curious and get a lesson. If you stay in a negative state you will perpetuate that.
5.Examine your belief systems and let go of the negative beliefs. Clean your attic out so your energy can move forward. For example, synchronicity, joy are a reflection of beliefs in side you.

Extract from the final draft of Ever The Sea Calls Me Home – a pilgrimage of awakening:
10th Lesson from the Sea: Stillness in the Midst of ChaosI was in quiet contemplation in the peace and tranquillity of Torre dei Corsari in March. In June, ravers set up a 24/7 pounding nightclub next door wafting cigarette smoke into my home along with the heavy bass. When the music stopped, the arguments began and my peaceful home was infected with hedonism, drugs and deafening house music.
Today the Divine Feminine told me to write about stillness in the midst of chaos, and calm in the centre of the storm.
When the sea is foaming at the mouth and swirling fiercely around, the only way to stay sure-footed and upright is with vigilance and respect for the moods of sea. Not with rigidity, control and tension, but by staying in your centre, dropping all ideas of knowing a better way to be and just becoming one with the steaming whiteness of the waves coming from all directions. I am present, aware and still. My joy flows easily and life force flows through me. I am not tied up in tense knots of ‘shoulds’ and ‘should nots’, trying to force things to be the way I want.
I am calm, centred and grounded and, like a martial artist, I flow with the rise and fall of the waves. Tai chi goes with the flow of energy, not against it. I never thought I’d use martial arts in the sea or that navigating waves could be a martial art, but today it is. If I turn the way I’m directed, tai chi style, the force of the four-foot wave is deflected, and when the wave surges back out again I’m left genuflecting on the liquified sand, bowing to her majesty.
I want to cleanse and purify myself again, but there is no way to swim that isn’t suicidal. A red flag on the beach flaps its warning. I wade out to knee depth and the waves wet me to my waist. A maze of undulating currents layering one over another, coming towards me from all directions, corral me and then snatch out the sand under my feet, but something in me knows how to stay upright when I want to, and to go with the flow, to let go and find firm footing again by staying calm while the white water rages around me.
Back at home at twenty past midnight, the bass is still beating a constant rhythm from the next door. I ask the Divine Feminine to dismantle their equipment. I don’t know what she did, but the music stopped abruptly. I hold my breath, waiting for it to start up again, clutching my cool sheet against my hot body, but all I could hear was the faint sound of the waves. I heaved a sigh of relief and said a quick prayer of gratitude as silence rushed in to fill the empty space the music had vacated. Finally, I was able to sleep.
