Even Deeper Changes
The latter part of 2025 continues to be dynamic with lots of internal shifts as the evolution of our consciousness accelerates. The last eclipse cycle opened up the potential for even deeper changes. It’s important to be discerning about what we’ve created so far: to celebrate our achievements, see what truly aligns, and to adjust as needed. We now have an opportunity to reframe old stories and choose different, heart-aligned action. Are we really embracing the life our soul chose to experience this lifetime? October is a prompt to be introspective. Spending time in self-reflection and contemplation will enhance our self-awareness and give us the opportunity to chart the course we want in our lives, rather than bumbling along in the same old ways. |

| October may feel highly emotional because of the amount of light pouring in from the sun. To embody this, our bodies need both physical activity and rest. The first half of the month was focussed on release, endings, completion, closing karmic cycles and emotional clearing due to the Super Full Moon. The second half may feel calmer, centred around sowing seeds of our intentions, fresh beginnings, bringing balance into our relationships, work and life – all connected to the new moon. But I’ve experienced fast-flowing light codes installing like computer code written on the floor which made doing anything taxing as overwhelming even this late in the month. Take care with your thoughts, vibrational alignment, and clarity because they influence how you will step into 2026. |

| This month we’ve also been affected by strong space-weather with solar eruptions and geomagnetic storms. These can cause sleep disruption, slow circulation, headaches, emotional intensity, inner clearing or a sense of being ‘on edge.’ |
| One thing Kerry K said really resonated. Light workers, who are living on a higher timeline, have been helping other people choose which timeline they want to be on – the old timeline connected to the patriarchy, with a sense of rigidity, fear, and doing the things the way they’ve always been done, OR the new timeline aligning to open-heartedness, light, freedom, the new earth and expansion. Light workers may have felt strange and challenged because we’ve been inhabiting the heavier density timeline which has a lower frequency than the one we normally vibrate at. I certainly experienced feelings of weirdness and had a sense of living two lives at once. Now it’s time for lightworkers to come back into their natural timeline, so this may feel like landing, and coming home and back into peaceful alignment again. |
| One theme I’ve been hearing a lot is to rest more than usual to integrate the strong waves and stay tuned into inner guidance as things accelerate. I know I’ve been surprised at how tired I’ve been feeling and I’ve needed to siesta, and go to bed earlier and sleep later. Allow yourself to follow your body’s wisdom. |

Ten Soulful Tips to Navigate the Shift
|
| 1. Make time to tune in to yourself and your higher guidance. Release old patterns, clear what no longer serves. Anchor the light flowing into your body with at least five minutes of daily ‘light work’ e.g. gratitude, or visualising sending light to your body or the planet. Choose how to carry your light into your everyday life. Consistent micro-practices will help integrate higher light without overwhelm. |

| 2. Ground first, decide later. Before making big decisions – spend 5 to10 minutes with your feet-on-earth (sit, stand or walk barefoot outside and breathe). Another way of grounding yourself in your body is using ‘felt-sense’ practice: before reacting, pause and notice how your body feels and count to 30. Many spiritual teachers are emphasising: ‘feel first, then act’. |

| 3. Daily Gratitude Ritual: When you wake up, don’t automatically reach for your phone. Instead start each day with at least five minutes of gratitude for yesterday’s gifts, and what you can look forward to today e.g. a warm shower, family/colleagues to chat with, a sunny walk to work. |
|
| 4. Allow yourself to express your emotions safely (journaling, talking, ritualised letting-go). |
|
| 5. Step up your sleep hygiene – to minimise restless nights due to geomagnetic activity; put devices away an hour before bed and keep your bedroom cool and dark. Get a non-ticking analogue alarm clock, invest in black-out curtains, and put your mobile phone on aeroplane mode outside the bedroom. |
|

| 6. Rest more and do gentle exercise every day e.g. yoga, Qi Gong or walking. Schedule in downtime, e.g. siesta. If necessary, set an alarm to remind you to go to bed. |
|

| 7. Limit your news intake to avoid overwhelm and protect your nervous system by reducing time on social media. |
| 8. Use rituals and ceremonies to create intentional endings and bring closure – write short ‘completion letters’ you can burn or bury to symbolically release. |
| 9. Reassess relationships and patterns around the New Moon and ask where balance is needed. |
| 10. Stay hydrated by drinking more, take a pinch of sea salt or electrolyte support if you feel woozy due to solar/geomagnetic activity. |

AI Benefits and Threats
|
| It’s so very tempting to say I’ll ask ChatGPT, google, Siri or another AI system as we’re excited by the new technology, but Aurora Ray warns us that using AI as a go-to option rather than first using our own intuition and wisdom can lead to a withering of that aspect of ourselves. By all means use AI, Aurora urges us to bear in mind the following: |
- Before you look outside yourself for the answer, look inside – tune in to your intuition and inner knowing. This will empower you and strengthen your natural abilities that are growing during the Age of Aquarius.
- Use AI consciously rather than compulsively. Don’t automatically reach for your phone or laptop for artificial answers when you can get divinely-aligned answers.
- Go out in nature and get yourself naturally charged up from the electromagnetic field of the earth.
- Spend time every day tuning into divine wisdom and connecting to Source. Ask for guidance, to be shown what you need.
