Morning Routine 

For anyone who wants to feel powerful and in control of their state of mind instead of procrastinating, allowing external events to take over and not achieving their goals.

 

People who get things done in life often have a conscious practise to bring them into their optimum state. They prime themselves for peak performance and bring themselves into the zone where magic happens.

 

We are constantly creating our lives by the thoughts, beliefs and feelings we are transmitting to the universe, consciously or unconsciously. Your words have the power to shape your destiny. And what your words and thoughts focus on inevitably becomes your reality.

 

WHAT

Having a Morning Routine is an empowering way to consciously direct your focus into manifesting the life you want. This Routine kickstarts your day with momentum and sculpts you into the person you want to be.

 

WHEN
The first five minutes after you wake up is best time to programme your subconsciousness because your brain is still in the Alpha state and most receptive to suggestion. (Some say this state lasts for 90-minutes, but the first five minutes are the most potent).

 

BECOMING AN ENERGETIC MATCH

To create the life you want, it’s essential you become an energetic match for the  person who has that life now. E.g. if you want to be rich you need to live as though you already are. Wear the right clothes, banish thoughts of lack left over from the identity you are shedding.

You don’t get the life you want. You get the life you tolerate. Raise your level of tolerance so that you don’t accept anything less than the level of wealth you chose. Tony Robbins created the Dicken’s process: to anchor this decision into your psyche, bring to mind all the things you are missing out on and the long-term effects of not have the financial means, e.g. pay the rent every month, travel to visit your loved ones, pay for your children’s college. When the emotional pain becomes too much for the brain to cope with, it flips into an equally positive belief. This helps create the passion and drive behind the decision, ‘I will not stop until I have succeeded’. “I will find a way, and if there is no way I will make one,’ says Tony Robbins.

 

POWERFUL DECISIONS

A decision is not: ‘it would be nice if’ and ‘I hope I’ll be able to do it’. A real decision is a declaration of intent. A decision is not made until aligned action has been taken. E.g. If you decide you want to lose half a stone (3kilos), replacing all sweet and sugary snacks in your house with fruit would be an action in alignment with your goal.

 

 A good morning routine is a declaration of who you are becoming. If you want to be a successful person, write the attributes of the you who is successful. RaIse your energy to activate the points you wrote. Speak aloud your points not as a boring script, make each phrase alive. Read this list everyday until your mind believes it, your body feels it, and your life starts reflecting it back to you. Then you can modify it to align with your next steps.

 

YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR REALITY

Having a morning routine is one way to create our reality. It allows us to take responsibility for our lives and direct it in the way we choose. Don’t let your direction be dictated by the state you find yourself in when you wake up, or by external circumstances.

Get out of bed.

Grab your morning routine and

Shake yourself into action.

 

HOW TO CREATE A MORNING ROUTINE
1. Prepare for tomorrow by writing a list of around 10 qualities and characteristics of the You, you want to become.

2. When you wake up tomorrow morning. Smile and remember you have five minutes of powerful programming time.

3. To make this work requires energy. Do 1 or 2 minutes of dynamic exercise – star jumps, press ups, cathartic shaking or dance.

4. Read your list with passion, conviction and intensity.  It’s vital to use emotion if you want to embed it in your subconscious. Why are these attributes important to you?

5. Move your body before or in between speaking your statements aloud, so the energy of phrases floods through the cells of your body with energy and power.

6. Repeat the process first thing every morning. No Negotiation.

7. Give thanks and celebrate physically as though these things are here already. Or a longer priming exercise.

8. When you see results, make adaptations as required

 

Summary: Movement + voice + emotion + repetition= transformation

  2. I expect a day of synchronicities, magic and miracles
  3. I know that the universe has my back because things turn out the way I want them to.
  4. I am grounded and centred
  5. I am focussed
  6. I am a financially successful …
  7. I am capable of…
  8. I am confident
  9. I am ready for anything today brings.
  10. I am present

 

Remember to stand tall. You are more powerful than you think.
